I'm a mother of four wonderful children and have been doing therapeutic bodywork for over 15 years. As an experienced mom and certified pre/post natal massage therapist,  I understand very well what a woman's body needs to manage a successful pregnancy and labor, restore the body after baby arrives, and self-care techniques to prevent chronic pain and injuries that can occur while caring for our loved ones.
